CANCELLATION POLICY

Because we reserve a time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least 48 hours of advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If at least 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Last minute cancellations and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeit of the deposit and will be required to pay in full for any future appointments at the time of scheduling
